A class-leading 1-2 for Kawasaki in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup race saw Bryan Staring (Kawasaki Team Pedercini) take his and the Ninja ZX-10R’s first race win at this level, and be followed home in second place by another Kawasaki rider, Jeremy Guarnoni (MRS).

Kenan Sofuoglu rode his Kawasaki DeltaFin Lorenzini Ninja ZX-6R to the race win at Misano and in doing so put himself into a 22 point lead. Tom Sykes (Kawasaki Racing Team) had a highpoint of fourth in race one at Misano today but kept his third position overall.

There was no stopping Tom Sykes (Kawasaki Racing Team) at Monza as he scored a clear win in the only SBK race to be completed today, thanks to weather conditions that constantly changed.
