i dont know where you got your information from CommanderKairy but zx10r's are not clabape of 200mph stock, sure the engine could probably manage it but you would have to change the sprockets to begin with and lose out on quite a bit of acceleration, The TRE has no effect on top speed on the zx10r either(hyabussa i believe it does tho) It mearly opens the secondary butterfly valves lower in the rev range giving you a bit more oomph from 0-4000 revs to kill yourself with.
