Kawasaki Motors Australia donate to TAFE NSW

Kawasaki Motors Australia have supporting TAFE's and Universities around Australia with Kawasaki product for many years. Kawasaki Australia reaffirm their commitment to supporting emerging Apprentice Motorcycle Technicians by donating a Kawasaki W800 Cafe to TAFE NSW.

The donation is one of many that Kawasaki Motors Australia have contributed to various TAFE institutes and Universities around Australia, in an effort to encourage sustainable training practices that make students better equipped when entering the workforce.

Technical Service Department Assistant Manager at Kawasaki Motors Australia, Jeremy Fuller, is a passionate advocate of the donation program explaining, “We have developed a strong relationship with TAFE NSW through product donations and support over the years. We aim to provide the latest products and diagnostic service tools so that apprentice technicians can benefit from learning on modern machinery as opposed to dated products.”

“In addition to donating motorcycles and diagnostic service tools, we have also trained some teachers on best practice for delivering diagnostic training focused on Kawasaki products.”

Head Teacher of Automotive Technology at TAFE NSW – Adam Watkins expressed his gratitude saying, “We are grateful for the one of many Kawasaki donations. It means that our students get the latest and greatest to learn on, which is a benefit to us and to Kawasaki owners as well,” referring to the students who will eventually be applying their learning to Kawasaki motorcycles in dealerships and workshops around Australia.

Kawasaki Motors Australia are honoured to be supporting Australian training institutes and endeavour to continue cooperating with TAFE NSW and other institutions around Australia in an effort to maintain and enhance the quality of future technical proficiency in the motorcycling industry.
