Kawasaki Motors Australia and BCperformance are excited to be going racing together again in the 2021 Australian Superbike Championship.

The team for 2021 is the strongest it has ever been. Kawasaki and BCperformance are pleased to announce that Bryan Staring is returning in 2021 and will be joined by a new team mate, Josh Waters on the new 2021 Ninja ZX-10RR.

Robert Walker - National Sales and Marketing Manager

We’re very excited to see the start of the 2021 ASBK series get going. With a new Ninja ZX-10RR for this year and Bryan Staring (#67) and Josh Waters (#21) on board we’re very confident of some great results. Our team manager Kelvin Reilly has done a great job over the last few years and will be working closely with his team for the best outcome for both riders. We’ve got a great bike, two very experienced riders and a team that can deliver the right results. The health and safety of our team members remains a priority for this year so let’s hope we can go racing for a full season.

Kelvin Reilly - Team Manager

After such a turbulent 2020 due to disruptions caused by the Covid pandemic, we start the 2021 Australian Superbike Championship with a sense of optimism and excitement. Firstly the new 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR we will be campaigning this year looks like a exciting prospect and has all the necessary tools for us to do the job. Secondly; our ride line up is strong and exciting, our on-going association with Bryan Staring enters its 4th year and we have a built a solid working relationship and I am excited to see what we can achieve. Having Josh Waters onboard the Ninja ZX-10RR is another feather in our caps, Josh will bring a raft of experience and determination to the team and I can't wait to see what this dynamic pairing can achieve on track. Thanks to Kawasaki Motors Australia, Landscapesupplies.com.au, Ficeda, Dunlop and all our partners for making 2021 happen.

BRYAN STARING #67
2021 excites me for several reasons, mostly due to the anticipation of the new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR. This season marks 10 years since my association with Kawasaki first began. At the time I was racing with Kawasaki Europe in the World Superstock Championship. Only 2 of the last 10 seasons has seen me ride with different brands. I’d like to thank Kawasaki Motors Australia for their ongoing support and partnership as well as the Kawasaki BCperformance Racing Team. I’m looking forward to the season, whatever it may look like.
