Kawasaki BCperformance Racing Team Standout Performance with Double Podium Finishes

A 1–2 finish for Hayden Nelson and a 3–1 performance from Tom Edwards locked in a round we won’t forget anytime soon. Leaving Sydney Motorsport Park with two race wins was a massive reward for the entire Kawasaki BCperformance Racing Team and a true showcase of the race-ready strength of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.

Even more significant, these victories mark the first-ever wins for the team at Sydney Motorsport Park in the ASBK Championship.  Tom now holds second in the Next Gen Championship on 104 points, just three ahead of Hayden in third, setting the stage perfectly as the Kawasaki BCperformance Racing Team shift focus to The Bend Motorsport Park.

Team owner and manager Kelvin Reilly had this to say after the successful weekend, "Our home round is always a special one for us, with heaps of friends, sponsors, supporters and fans coming to SMSP.  So it was even more special for us to see both Hayden and Tom take a win each and achieve a 100% podium record for the round, going 1-3 and 1-2. It's a testament to how good the Ninja ZX-6R really is in next gen race trim and how much work has gone in behind the scenes. A huge thanks to the whole team, our sponsor and partners"
