Joel Cigliano Battles Through Rounds 7 & 8
Joel Cigliano faced a challenging couple of rounds, with Round 7 at Connondale proving particularly demanding. Having never ridden the track before, Joel found the circuit fast and unforgiving, with heavy roost making conditions even tougher. The impact left him with bruising across his upper body that lasted for more than a week.
Joel finished 30th in Moto 1 and 33rd in Moto 2 at Round 7.
Round 8 at QMP was a more positive experience, with Joel feeling that his bike was better suited to the conditions. His fitness remained strong, allowing him to maintain a good pace throughout the motos. However, difficulties off the start made it challenging to work his way through the talented field.
Joel recorded 29th in both Moto 1 and Moto 2 at Round 8.
