Large 7” high-grade full-colour TFT LCD screen features multiple selectable display modes to offer information at a glance in the format of the driver’s choice, as well as a number of infotainment features.

Kawasaki’s high-grade electric power steering (EPS) system is speed sensitive, offering light steering effort at low speed, while reducing assistance as vehicle speed increases to ensure responsive steering. It also enhances ride comfort and control by acting as a damping system, reducing kickback to the steering wheel caused by shocks to the wheels.

Undercarriage is covered by highly durable steel skid-plates, with key components further protected by steel pieces. Steel plates behind the front fenders offer the vehicle protection from rocks and other flying debris.

Stable engine braking characteristics, care of the CVT and centrifugal clutch, offer reassuring support on challenging descents – especially in Low-gear.

Wheels positioned as far apart as possible contribute to the KRX4 1000’s overall stance. Its long 3,995 mm wheelbase, combined with the long wheel travel, contributes to its performance and ride comfort, while its wide stance helps the vehicle maintain its line when cornering. Massive FOX 2.5 Live Valve Internal Bypass shocks with electronically controlled compression damping, combined with long suspension arms and independent suspension action soak up obstacles with minimal disturbance to the cabin for superior ride comfort.

Large-diameter tyres and 15” aluminium wheels contribute to the KRX4 1000’s excellent off-road capability. Optimal front and rear traction helps trace a line through corners, while high rear-wheel slide control facilitates steering from the rear.
